| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | Jibwhibo again | Just thinking about it some more, IT'S NO MORE THAN A GLORIFIED HORSE FLOAT! INFACT A HORSE FLOAT IS PROBABLY A BETTER ALTERNATIVE IF KITTED OUT RIGHT!!

| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | Jibwhibo | This is a very sylish looking trailer- but I will take function over form any day for that price.
How is it that I can build an exact replica of this, for a fraction of the price? Are people really prepared to pay 24 large for a namebrand still in this day and age?
Please do the word a favor Airstream- start building for the comman man once again, let the rich take the "Optional extras" but 24 large for what is essentially an enclosed box trailer is absurd! | See RoTi item |

| 2008 TAB teardrop trailer thermostat | Marilyn | Just bought our T@b (2008 used) for 9k. Can't figure out how to turn on the heat? The thermostat has a lever on top that says on/off, but it doesn't move easily and I don't want to break it. | See RoTi item |
| Re: TAB teardrop trailer | BRAD | We looked at a TAB, and TADA but the ceiling height (or lack there of) among other things, really drew us away. Plus did you know that although these are ASSEMBLED in the US, that the compenents are all from over seas? Very expensive to replace! My wife and I are picking up our new R-Pod by Forest River. They have bigger tanks, full ceiling height, lots of standard features, and we were quoted for $2600 less than the TAB!! | See RoTi item |
| Re: TAB teardrop trailer | Dianna and Mark | This is our very first RV and we are such newbies. We bought the trailer in August and have only used it once. We try to read the manuals, but it is all Greek to us, who are not mechanically talented. We checked on our little trailer today and the battery is dead. What do we do? Does anyone know of any resources besides the manual that pertains to this type of trailer? We live in Colorado and sure would like a T@B beginner class! Any advice would be helpful. Thanks. | See RoTi item |
| Re:Coachmen quality improvements | Greg | I'm seriously considering buying a 2009 Spirit of America (Alumicage version)trailer. Is this a mistake or has Coachmen improved in the last few years from the previous complaints? | See RoTi item |
| Re: Serro Scotty small travel trailer | Wade and Sandra | Had a small Scotty for many years when kids were growing up, they got too long for the sleeping space, we got them a tent and we enjoyed it for many more years sold it for $500 after they entered high school. Wish we had it back now that we are retired. | See RoTi item |
| 2007 Aliner folding camping trailer | Kevin Burke | We bought an Aliner in 2007 and we've never regretted it. We go places we'd never have gone without worrying about hotel costs and booking etc. We've had no problems whatsoever. | See RoTi item |
| Re: RV industry down but not out | John A | I think a lot depends on how long this downturn lasts and if manufacturers can hold out. The longer it lasts, the more manufacturers and suppliers as well as dealers and everyone connected to RVs will be forced out. The strongest and best will survive but we need new ideas and new technologies.
