Roaming Times - Terms of Service  (updated March 2008)

1. Roaming Times, in its multiple pursuits promotes the RVing experience and the RVing industry and is in effect a promotional company promoting the commercial industries which go hand in hand with RVing and RVers’ needs
2. Roaming Times is a conduit between RVers, RV manufacturers and RV-related companies and as such is engaged in publishing lists and links. Roaming Times is specifically internet based. It is accessed only on the internet
3. Roaming Times also provides the opportunity for people to communicate on the website, via the forum, classified ads and the sharing of pictures and comments. As to the Forum – the participants are to abide by the "no soliciting or advertising here" rule. The Forum is for the exchange of ideas and information. The classifieds and promotional features are for advertising
4. You, as user, when responding to the various ads in the classifieds and/or the promotional features do so without Roaming Times’ being responsible for the transactions. You agree that Roaming Times shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealing or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Roaming Times websites
5. Roaming Times regularly sends out newsletters to promote the continuation and interest in its website

1. Roaming Times’ Privacy Policy – We do not and will never sell or knowingly give personal data to any other entity or person. Email addresses, passwords and any other special data pertaining to the user, is the user's to protect and maintain
2. Roaming Times’ Refund Policy – While Roaming Times will endeavor to fulfill promotional activities for advertisers as contracted, Roaming Times can not be held liable for any disaster, cancellations or unforeseen event, including equipment failure or malfunction. All monies paid to Roaming Times for these activities is paid with full recognition of a no-refund policy
   While Roaming Times agrees to act in good faith regarding all promotional activities, Roaming Times can not under any circumstances be responsible for any outcome of promotional activities, and all monies paid to Roaming Times is paid with full recognition of a no-refund policy 

1. The information input into any of Roaming Times' websites is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. "Roaming Times" is used here to mean the websites www.roamingtimes.com and all other Mottram Management owned websites.
2. You agree not to use any of Roaming Times' services to post or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, libelous or invasive of another's privacy.
3. You agree not to use any of Roaming Times' services to post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized or promotional materials, including misrepresentation.
4. You agree not to use any of Roaming Times' services to collect or store personal data about other users.
5. Users of the free classifieds section of the Roaming Times' websites do so with the understanding that they are responsible for keeping the ad up to date and eventual removal of each ad in a timely manner.  Non current ads are not useful to potential responders and waste their time.  It is the advertisers responsibility to prevent this.
6. All material on Roaming Times is the copyright of Roaming Times and may not be copied or reproduced without the specific permission of Roaming Times in writing

1. You acknowledge Roaming Times does not pre-screen Content but that Roaming Times shall have the right (but not obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content.  This applies to all websites owned by Mottram Management but in particular to the Classifieds section in which any form of commercial activity is not permitted, other than the selling of personal property and the advertising of camp jobs.  Roaming Times reserves the right to remove ANY content from any website owned or managed by Mottram Management.
2. You agree to indemnify and hold Roaming Times, and all associated with the production of the websites and all partners of the websites, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Roaming Times website, your use of the Roaming Times website your connection to the Roaming Times website, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
3. Roaming Times makes no warranty: 
   3.1 That its services or the products advertised will meet your requirements
   3.2 That accessibility will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
   3.3 That the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
   3.4 The quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or services obtained by you through Roaming Times will meet your expectations and that any errors in the software will be corrected.
4. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Roaming Times website is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Roaming Times, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of service.
