Re: TAB teardrop trailerShawnMark, there was a posting on craigs list for a good looking tab. Posting ID was 1065702473@craigslist.org. This was a Tennessee listing, but camper is located in Madison Ala. I think the price was 8500.00 which is great for an 07 or 08 model.See RoTi item
2008 Forest River Berkshire 36qsSEI own the 36 qs. We love it. Purchased Feb o8, two weeks after picking it up it died in the front yard due to a coolant sensor going bad getting ready to go camping. Can start the vehicle it would run a minute and the instrument panel told you there was a problem with the coolant and then shut the engine off. Freightliner sent a sensor from the assembly line because not available to the public. Had a vibraion in the front end. Carried it twice to a frightliner dealer and they didn't fix it. They did find a sway bar in the back that was bad. Had to take it back two weeks later to let them replace. Still didn't fix the front end. Told me was a tire problem and had to carry it to a Michellin dealer. One tire out of round and one steel wheel out of round. Michilin replaced tire and I purchased a refurbished wheel and sent Frigthliner the bill hoping to get reimburshed for it. The vibration was helped but not gone. I had a vibration when the brake was applied. Contacted frightliner and they sent me to B'Ham AL. I carried it back to friegtliner dealer for third time dealer had a recall on the front end. Asked if I had that taken care of yet and I told them I hadn't heard about it. After two weeks got it back and it seems the front end is fixed. Haven't driven it but 60 miles. Still need to go back to Tennessee RV get them to do some repirs on the body type items inside and out. I will admit that freightliner has been very responsive. See RoTi item

Re: Elvis - GracelandRockin' RobinI always dig going to Memphis and Graceland for my fix of Elvisness during January and August. I statred going there in 1978 long before his beloved home was opened to the public. When we did tour Graceland in the mid 80's and Aunt Delta was still living there you could smell bacon & eggs being cooked in the kitchen if you took a morning tour. Those were the days and I have a secret place at Graceland where I always leave Elvis a "gift". TCB Baby see you again next trip to TennesseeSee RoTi item

Re: Tennessee - State parks voted best in nationMary CampbellMy husband biked the Natchez Trace this spring and we camped in our RV along the route. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. The campgrounds were right where we needed them. They were immaculate and friendly and the Ole Trace was spectacular. From this experience we plan on doing alot more camping in the Tennessee State Parks next year.See RoTi item
Re: Tennessee - Chattanooga fall foliage and festivalsJanice HopperWe did the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway and really enjoyed it. We went this early October and fall colors were spectacular. I can understand the part where they say this is America's most amazing mile. $12 for the round trip ticket and well worth it.See RoTi item
Opening slides at WalmartRuth KnowlesWe've stayed at 3 walmarts in the last week in Tennessee and Georgia. In each of these we saw RVers with their slides open. I've always thought that when staying at walmart it should just be for a few hours sleep and not like camping. I've never put out a slide and think it's taking advantage of walmart? I wondered what other people felt about this.See RoTi item
Re: Tennessee - new for 2007George KThe Nashville Hall of Fame Studio B website is really cool. It lets you take a 360 degree tour of Studio B where artists like Elvis Presley, Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton recorded. See RoTi item
