Re: RV quality concernsAl TPurchased a new Bounder 2007 RV. This is our 4th new motorhome so were not new to the business. Since this purchase 2 1/2 years ago it has been in to their service department at least 1 times for 99 items. Even though the warranty has run out, problems still plage us every time we go out. I called Fleetwood stating that I beleive this is a Lemon, but they say it's not unuasual to have problems, but all these. I think it is a little excess. What do you thinkSee RoTi item

Re: Time to put aside the doom and gloomRV Mech TechVery nice video and we need more like this one- one comment that's true is "our customers are still there" - people are still going to the RV shows, still purchasing RV's, and many are renting as well- this is a good indication that the RV industry has not lost it's customer support and 2010 will be a better year - another good point in the video is that people are not going to give up their leisure time with their family's and friends and I as an RV technician look forward to helping people make their vacation dreams come true. Thank you! See RoTi item

Re: Hensley Cub towing systemAnita BWe have a 2001 Sunnybrook 33FKS travel trailer. We drove 9000 miles towing the trailer. We towed with a Hensley Arrow Hitch. We've had other hitches but this was the best we've had. The trailer moved right with the tow truck.See RoTi item
Re: Hensley Cub towing systemClarence BryanHensley testimonial: After speaking with Rick several times I finally ordered the Hensley Arrow on Dec. 30 last year and received it within just a few days. Although I was nervous about spending so much money on a hitch, Rick was very patient in answering all of my questions. I figured I had nothing to lose as I had to do something to control my trailer sway. I have a 31ft Dutchman trailer with a slide that I pull with an Excursion. Even with the beast pulling it, at times it seemed the trailer was in control. It was a white knuckle experience driving on the highway. I was on the verge of selling my travel trailer as I didn't want to go very far from home because it was so stressful. When I saw the video you sent I was pretty convinced from the testimonials but I still thought it would only make a slight, probably barely perceptible, difference. Boy was I wrong. My first trip was 600 miles down the I-95 corridor from Baltimore to Myrtle Beach. I made this trip last year with this same trailer and was blown all over the highway by the trucks. It took much longer than it should as I averaged 50mph due to the stress. This year the difference was amazing. I cruised at 70-80mph in total control. Trucks passing me had absolutely NO EFFECT on the trailer. In fact, other than the weight of the trailer I would not have even known it was back there. Heck, I was passing trucks at will. I can tell you I never would have even considered that with the old sway control hitch. You may not believe this but when we stopped for gas or meals I actually looked forward to getting on the road again. I truly enjoy pulling the trailer now. I just returned from another trip, only 200 miles this time, and was once again reminded of the excellent value I receive from this hitch. Now I can cruise along at, or above, the speed limit in any lane I choose with no stress or concern whatsoever. The trip was very enjoyable for my wife and kids (I have 5 kids) as I wasn't telling them to keep quiet or getting upset because of my stress. The other thing about this hitch is the enhanced stability I feel. My trailer is very tall and used to move a lot when driving on narrow roads with soft shoulders and a lot of sideways dips. With the solid bar between the Excursion and trailer I do not feel the trailer move at all even on poorly made roads. I have told everyone I know and meet about this hitch because it is the only product I have ever purchased that did exactly what was advertised and far exceeded my expectation. I am now one of your best salesmen. See RoTi item
Re: RV quality concernsJerryJust purchased a used 2006 Fleetwood Expedition. I just noticed a water leak around the front left window by driver. Any suggestions? Also, is it OK to run generator while sleeping? Curious about any other issues to watch out for. ThanksSee RoTi item
