| Re: NuWa Hitchhiker Discover America fifth wheel | Karon | We love NuWa! We now own our second one. Nice details that you don't find in other units. |
| 2007 NuWa Hitchhiker Discover America fifth wheel | Maureen K | We had been full timing for four years when we decided we wanted a new 5th wheel we did a lot of research and chose the Hitchhiker Discover America. The thing I like about NuWa is that they particularly look after fulltimers. Every problem we've had (not many) has been taken care of without any delay or hastle. Recommend this brand and hope we'll use ours for many many more years. |
| 2005 NuWa Hitchhiker | Pam Hersch | We bought a NuWa after looking for 2 years and have never regretted it. We're fulltimers. Our only problem was a leaking slide which was easily fixed. Based upon your experiences, would you buy one of this manufacturer's RVs again?: Yes. Rating: 5/5. |
| Heartland Bighorn / NuWa Hitchhiker Discover America | Ms Chloe | My husband and I have done extensive research into the Heartland Bighorn and Hitchhiker Discover America and we simply can't find that much difference. We are currently looking to upgrade to the Bighorn 3400RL. The only thing I didn't like was Heartland put all the electrical outlets under the cabinets and they really need to put atleast one on the wall in the kitchen.......(for coffee pot) Every owner we have talked with loves their Bighorns. |
| 2006 NuWa Hichhiker II LS | Larry E | Heater too loud, had to be replaced, not as noisy. I made my own baffels to cut down on noise. Factory admitted installed wrong caulking, will not dry, turns black, what a mess, don't trust factory - will repair myself, a big job. Other than that I like the unit, you just have to accept the poor workmanship. I liked the interior look, just a lot of miss cuts & made fits. Based upon your experiences, would you buy one of this manufacturer's RVs again?: No. Rating: 2/5.

| 2007 NuWa Hitchhiker II | Jack B | Prior to driving from dealers lot the day of purchase, we noticed a discoloration in the jel coat siding, approx a 2 foot square area, apparently siding had been damaged and repaired, after some discussion with dealer we accepted the unit with this flaw, two days later we notice the entire right exterior side streaked,(defect in jel cost siding), dealer replaces trailer with new unit. have had new unit one month when we find spider webbing in the rear cap and several gouges in the jel coat exterior siding. These defects are very visible in a lighted storage area, very hard to see on the dealers lot in the glaring sunlight. It appears the mfg quality control program is lacking, dealer was understanding, not sure what the out come will be on the second unit. Based upon your experiences, would you buy one of this manufacturer's RVs again?: No. Rating: 0/5. |
