| Re: Country Coach Affinity | Chris | I prefer the Millennium Conversion better. |
| Re: Country Coach Prevost | Grumply | It may be the worlds finest but is it value for money? I think not in these days of rising fuel prices. It's a dinosaur, a throwback. |
| 2005 Country Coach Inspire | Dave SoCal | Our 2005 Inspire is experiencing what many other CC owners have - our dual paned thermal windows are clouding up. Our dealer said they can't get replacement windows from CC. Anyone know of a class action lawsuit that is already in the works? |
| Re: Country Coach Rhapsody | Kennet | Absolutely fantastic. I have a 6 year old Country Coach Allure that's wonderful. But love this. Maybe one day. |
| Country Coach Prevost | ALEX | ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I WANT ONE SO BAD. I WORK AT A BUS STATION WHERE WE HAVE PREVOST SO I KNOW WHAT WONDERFUL VEHICLES THESE ARE, VERY IMPRESSIVE PREVOST IS THE BEST..... 3MILLION DOLARS WHO CARES ITS LIFE LIVE IT UP..... |
| 2002 Country Coach Allure | CCowner | Well Jim. I have a 6 year old Country Coach Allure that is in perfect condition in every way. I've never seen any coach built as well as Country Coach and I've owned more than a few. Anyone who calls themselves "Professor of RVing" and complains about such obiviously fabricated stuff (Corian cracking? Entry handle snapping off? Give me a break) is clearly a farce. Get a life. |
| 2003 Prevost Country CoachVantare XLII | Glen Faraday | I have a 2003 Prevost Country CoachVantare XLII - great coach. I have had not one problem at all. It's difficult to believe, but it's true. I had one coach before this, I'm not prepared to say the name because it was much less cost and therefore you can't really expect it to be of the same quality. Problems and more problems. But the Prevost is different. This is the way to go if you can afford it. |
| Re: Country Coach Allure Founder's Edition | Original Owner of a 2000 CC Intrigue | The Pantry shelves will fall off the wall if they are overloaded with heavy items and then bounced down the road---duh! Last time I checked CC was not making the engine components, so you probably need to take up the fuel boost pump issue with the engine manufacturer. And, after 8 years most second hand coaches are going to need some maintenance so doesn't sound like you have had an excess of failures. You didn't think an 8 year old rig was going to be as good as new, did you, "Professor" Jim? |
| Re: Country Coach Allure Founder's Edition | Original Owner of a 2000 CC Intrigue | Jim Twamley has an 8 year old Country Coach and he is complaining about items that would be failing by this time. The roof issue means that the roof was not maintained properly with 303 or some other protection product. BTW, who granted you the title of Professor of RVing? |
| Re: Country Coach Allure Founder's Edition | Jim Twamley | I'm a Country Coach owner Allure 2000 (We've owned it 7 months now). Let's see, I just spent $700 to replace a diesel fuel boost pump. I had to replace the entry handle that snapped off in my hand. I had to fix the corian stove top cover that cracked. Yesterday I spend $300 to fix an automatic transmission line. A couple weeks ago I had to reattach the pantry shelving as it just fell off the pantry wall. I had to drill holes into the parking lights to allow water to drain out of them. The clear coat is melting off the roof and causing white streaks to run down the sides of my coach. The front windshield is leaking and stained the front curtains. World's Finest Motorcoach? Jim Twamley, Professor of RVing |
| 2000 Country Coach Allure | Simon Glover | I have a 2000 Allure and it's been a good coach. 40' long with just one slide but we love the floorplan. We've maintained it well and it's given us good service. We've been fulltiming since 2003 and we couldn't have done it in a better coach. The modern 4 slides look good but I don't think I want the extra 3 feet. |
| Re: Country Coach Allure Founder's Edition | Henry J | This is a great coach, I think Bob Lee really did get it right. |
| Re: Country Coach Allure Founder's Edition | Ken A | It looks great. I particularly like the bath and a half concept although that's not new to Country Coach. I also think it might be better with one full wall slide. The half bathroom and washer/dryer /refrig area is a bottleneck as it is on most coaches. But all in all it's a beauty. |
| Re: 2007 Country Coach Rhapsody | Matt | Fancy. Outa my price range though
this will compete with the newell alot |
| Re: 2007 Country Coach Rhapsody | KC | Country Coach's claim to "make the world's finest motorcoaches."
The total depth of the 'Quad Slide' Equal under 2 Slides on a "Newell Coach"
How can someone call 'the world's finest coach' when they even no test out to confirm this saying ?

| 1993 Country Coach Affinity | Chris B | 10 years of ownership, and 130,000 miles. Had a few things wear out, refrigerator, Updated furniture, but no real problems. The good things are the comfort and quality. Marble floor. Purchased from Lazy Days in Florida, excellent to deal with. Based upon your experiences, would you buy one of this manufacturer's RVs again?: Yes. Rating: 5/5.
|
| 2000 Country Coach Intrigue | Margaret B | We love the kitchen slide...lots of storage...no problems didn't like the light beige carpet..replaced it. Lazy Days, Tampa Based upon your experiences, would you buy one of this manufacturer's RVs again?: Yes. Rating: 5/5. |
| Country Coach | happy owner | The customer service dept. is great I got all the work done that I wanted and in a very friendly atmosphere. |
| Re: 2008 Country Coach Affinity | Robbie K | I've had a 2003 and a 2006 Country Coach and I think you work with people. Country Coach are good to work with. I think Bob Lee set a wonderful standard and if you want the best go CC. A very satisfied customer. |
| 2008 Country Coach Affinity | Jim S | Thats a great coach, but people in my income bracket could never afford one.So I really dont look at them. Why does't country coach build a coach for the common folks with the same quality as the rich people get? |
| 2000 Country Coach Affinity | Wayne P | I have a 40' 2000 Affinity with 75,000 miles on it. The comfort is exceptional and the 455HP Cat just keeps purring along. I bought it 3 years ago and the guy I bought it from said he'd had no problems and neither have I. I've fitted new coach batteries, new tires and done routine maintenance and it's been a dream. Great coach. |
| Re: 2008 Country Coach Affinity | Cal Johanson | There's no doubt in my mind these are the finest RVs available. I just wish I could hope to be able to afford a coach like this one day. Oh well, back to my Bounder. |
| Re: 2007 Country Coach Prevost | Ron | Who says you can't take it all with you...what a beauty. All it needs are 2 more slides and a half price sale. Then you can count me in ! |
| Re: 2007 Country Coach Prevost | TravlynWomyn | The Country Coach Prevost is gorgeous. My son worked for Prevost in Indiana several years ago when they built two for Dolly Parton - one for her and another for her entourage. Some of the ones I've seen at the huge Tampa show have been a bit TOO frilly, but I sure like how the Prevost sets up. For now, I'll stick with my 2005 CrossRoads Cruiser fiver - it's paid for! |
| Re: Country Coach (Company Profiles) | Maurine M | If you're going to visit Junction City, it's a nice place and it's great for antiques if you like that. TheScandinavian Festival is in late July and it's great fun. Junction City is quite close to Eugene and a trip there is combining with the Country Coach factory tour.
|
| Re: 2007 Country Coach Prevost | Pamela | Full time living in this coach must be fabulous. I can see myself in some future period of my life, traveling the country in such splendor. I think though, that except for rv resorts such as the one in Newport, CA, there aren't a lot of places to park, that would complete the lifestyle that this coach represents. |
| Re: Country Coach | Stephanie Cox | We have a 2005 Country Coach Intrigue 40 feet. We bought this after touring both the Junction City Oregon Country Coach factory and the Beaver factory in Coburg Oregon. We decided to go with the Country Coach and have never regretted it. I think it really is worth touring the factory if you can before buying. It gives you confidence in the product when you're spending such a lot of money and you also make contacts that might be useful. We've had no real problems with the coach. In the first couple of weeks we had a hydraulic oil leak that was taken care of immediately by the dealer. We also had a slight paint problem on the door that the factory fixed and a three or four minor electrical problems that were also dealt with very quickly by the dealer. The interior is very beautiful and we love just being inside the coach. Expensive but worth every penny if you can afford it. |
| 2002 Country Coach Prevost Vantare XL11 | Phil Clark | I have the 45 ft long Vantare with all the features. This is our 5th RV and it is absolutely the best. I've read many of the comments on the Roaming Times reviews and many of the problems are the same as I had with my other RVs. This may be difficult to believe but I've had virtually no problems with the Prevost. I guess you get what you pay for. With all of my other RVs every time I went in for service (or for repair) I had a list of things to take care of. Not with the Prevost. Service means service and no list of things. I've had new tires, a slight leak on the ice maker and an electrical system problem that turned out to be a fuse, but apart from that nothing. Finding an Rv park can be a problem, they tell you they can take big rigs but when you say 45 feet they often can't. So trip planning is necessary. |
