Re: Aliner folding camping trailerRandy PhillipsI have a 2007 Aliner Classic DL with an awning which I would like to sell. I love my Aliner. It is light weight, easy to tow, and easy to repair. I just don't use the awning enough. The awning retails for $650 new, but I am willing to sell it for $295. The poles would come with it. The pouch for the awning is faded from the sun, but everything else is in great shape. Re: Aliner folding camping trailerIMLizardHave a 2001 Aliner since new, and it's been the perfect camper for me. I made some minor additions, put a shelf in the large forward cargo space, doubling it's usable surface. Tow it everywhere and have people come into the site and ask if they can see it virtually EVERY trip out! Have taken it to the mountains in late November in below freezing temps with no problems at all. A grreat lil camper. Love it!

Re: Aliner folding camping trailerChris DI've got a 2006 Expedition model with the high suspension, and front aero trunk. Perfect combination. The 2008 gets bigger and heavier and wider and does the same thing. I think Aliner should bring back the original Expedition for its classic versatility and lighter weight.

Re: Aliner Amelia small travel trailerRomanWe've been looking at the Coachmen M and the R Pod but the Amelia looks like another alternative, like to read peoples opinions. Like the TADA too.
1994 Aliner folding camping trailerDon R.I am a proud owner of a 1994 A-Liner, which my wife and I have taken around the country and Nova Scotia in one trip (13,500 miles) in 6 weeks and it never gave us any problem. I put a few more additions on it to make life a little easy. The unit had AC and a heater in it when We got it. I added a Water heater and added hot and cold water faucets to sink which was tricky on account of side in fold up position .I also added an outside shower assembly (Hot and Cold).I also added an overhead light and fan which is one of the best features, due to the extra light and circulating air inside unit. I also made a bracket outside to mount a marine enclosed type Tv antenna .I do remove the antenna for transport. I bought a T-Pee shower for outside if needed at Cabeloes and made up two air hose type water hoses with quick disconnects on both ends for easy removal. This I connect to a set of faucets that a shower hose and sprayer attachment is then added. I don’t use everything , but it is with the unit if needed. Also the Shower T-Pee can be used to put the porta-potty in for privacy and get it out of the camper(o-yes) There is plenty of head room and the base is about 4 feet square. You can also use it to change your clothes in for privacy. I had to add a water pump for the new water system. I also added a light outside the door. And installed an inside / outside thermometer to see what the inside temperature is inside the refridgerator .I know, I don’t usually use all this, but I just like to add things that in the past I said to myself,Gee only if it had this or that, how much easy it would be. If you are handy , DO It. I almost forgot I put two LP tanks on the front and made a spare tire rack for the rear bumper. And a kill switch on the front of camper to kill the 12 volt from the car to the camper while the car is not running. This powers my refer. When we are traveling.(Don’t Waste You Propane) And oh yes I do find time to do things I am 66 years old and still thinking of things to make things easier in life. You are never to old to have fun. I am still a Happy Camper DON R.
Re: Aliner folding camping trailerLarryI just bought a 2008 Scout. I usually camp by myself, and this is so easy to put up. It's so roomy. I had a canvas popup and this is so much better. I look forward to camping in the winter with it. The Scout is a great camper with a minimum of anenities.
2007 Aliner folding camping trailerKevin BurkeWe bought an Aliner in 2007 and we've never regretted it. We go places we'd never have gone without worrying about hotel costs and booking etc. We've had no problems whatsoever.
