| Tairon | HughesNet - very satisfied | Oh BS. I've used Direcway/Hughes for over 2 years, changed the SAT a couple of times, postponed and renewed service when needed, all with little hassle. My brother has separately had a similar experience. I've used the satellite for work from the southern tip of Mexico to the Canadian border. Its like a miracle, and has allowed my wife and I to work on the road with almost no problems. Those that have occured either Hughes or my installer (Bill Adams, great guy) fixed pretty much immediately. Don't know if you are just unlucky or out to smear, but your experience should not be considered the norm. |
