and your neighber is not right beside you but back some. Don't place the electrical boxes to close to the pad. Some people open the slides and hit them, they should watch, but why not do things right. A level site makes class C people happy they don't have levelers. Class A usally do.....Have a club house where people can play instruments and hear music, Have coffee on 8 to 8 free all day it works trust me. Nothing worse than a boom box outside or inside a motorhome next door, it makes us move on, refund I don't care. What would keep us away from Wal-mart coming in after 9pm towing a car and being 56 ft. is a pull thourgh 22 ft by 65 ft is ok. Also have pull throughs with no services, now a days we have all the inverters for TV and big tanks for water and sewer. Then charge a low fee like 15 dollars and of course the others a higher rate. We do not care about price and others don't either, but give us what we want. period. Build it right the first time, capital is needed but the rewards are ever ending with happy travlers period. one more things give fee access to Internet from the Motorhomes, include this in your price, today very few RV'ers din't have computers aboard. |
