"Nostalgic design with a modern twist"

Coachmen have definitely gone for a "nostalgic design with a modern twist to transport you in timeless style," as you can see from the pictures below:

Coachmen Shasta exterior

Coachmen says "Stainless steel microwave, sink and mini blinds, a hot plate cooktop, and cutting edge entertainment features - including a 19" LCD television combine yesterday's style with the modern conveniences of today."

 Floorplan:

The Shasta has an MSRP starting at $20,300 and Coachmen says "With a base weight of under 2,500 lbs, it's easy to tow by many contemporary or classic vehicles."  We think the interior is very beautiful and certainly well laid out, as the pictures below show:

Some of the features of the Shasta:
  • Exterior length 17'4", exterior width 7'9", exterior height 8'4"
  • Interior height 6'5"
  • Wide range of standard and optional features

SheilaI saw this this New Shasta Airflyte at a RV show recently. I'm very partial to small trailers. This was the most stunning trailer there, hands down. The interior is simply beautiful with the woodwork and craftsmanship. The floor is beautiful and very retro. The size is great. With Coachmen selling, I wonder if this is the only year we will see this trailer built?
Scott AllenI restored a '62 Airflyte several years ago and we camped all over Southwest Washington in it. I'd buy this new trailer but no propane...I don't see the point in spending $20k when you have to stay in a parking lot next to a plug.
rich in VaI have a 1966 Shasta 13 ft---I am rebuilding the interior---it's a no frills unit--no bathroom-no furnace -no water heater--just stove and a little water no grey tank---i will add that. rich.
Paul RosmanI'm thinking about buying a shasta, looks good. I like the old style look of it but love the modern interior. Great job coachmen.
Pam KWe've had our 2005 Shasta since new and have not had any problems. We find there's plenty of room and there's even plenty of storage room. I wouldn't want to spend long long periods in it but it's perfect for weekends. We pull it with our Ford Excursion with no problems.
