Airstream stress the safety of their trailers and claim that their aerodynamics give 20% better fuel economy than a conventional box trailer. They also have longevity (40 years or more), retain their resale value and make their owners part of a wide Airstream community. RoTi reviews many of the Airstream trailers here and provide links and Airstream owners' comments.

Re: Airstream Safari Sport travel trailer George M Sutton RvThe Airstream product is unique because it takes 10 times the amount of labor to build compared to a standard travel trailer. The Airstream has the best supension, the highest quality of components, and a shape that allows it to tow better than any other travel trailer on the market. The value of an Airstream is more easily understood when given the proper information. For a good education about the Airstream story, I suggest you call or write suttonrv.com
Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailerAnneHi - I'm considering buying a Bambi. I live in Canada and want to use it in the winter some of the time. I've heard there are issues with condensation / corrosion. Love to hear some feedback. Thanks.
Re: Airstream Interstate class BJuan CarlosNice RV, practical for a couple but not for a large or even a small family. I really would like to have one on of this here in Costa Rica

Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailerWrapped in Aluminum I am a very happy owner of a 16' Bambi and not only take short trips in it but have spent as much as 3 months at a time in it. I saw a couple posts that seem to infer that it doesn't have a bathroom or shower. That may be true for the T@B but I can assure you that the Bambi is fully self-contained. I can also say that yes, it holds its value but I would have to be terribly hungry to ever even consider parting with it!
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailerGary FI have been building RVs for 38 years and the price fits the whole package. You wish the best - then do not compare the pricing, the best speaks for the best
Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailerJeffThe price is pure and simple insane! I love this type of layout for a weekend, but with the amenities offered, I would rather buy a enclosed utility trailer for $3000.00, and fit it myself. I have always thought Airstream is way out of line with there pricing, now I am positive!
Re:2009 Airstream Interstate Class BCarolOn this plan shown above, can you have the extra two seats removed. Put in a shower you can use, And have a little more living room?
Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailerDana De AnoMy husband and I are looking to rent a Bambi Airstream for a week Summer, 2010. ANYTHING OUT THERE, help!
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailerDerekGreat little trailer- price way out of line with budget for someone looking in this size range.
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailerDennis JAs beautiful as ever! Still too expensive(read overpriced)for the everyday public to afford too bad as there is no better advertising than word of mouth!
Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailerMike-AnacortesHi Woolfgang I'd love to see your pix of what you built. I'd rather do my own as well . For $24k +++ I can spend a lot of time taking time off in my own unit. Mike Anacortes, WA pcc2007@comcast.net
Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailerSteveI just stumbled across an 08' model but am looking to sell it. Any takers?? stcbtaylor@yahoo.com
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailerwillywonkSo tell me where's the beef. The body and interior is nowhere near $50,000. Try $14k at best.
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailerKenI don't agree about the price. If you want a Ford buy a Ford. If you want a Mercedes don't moan about the price. Airstreams are different and if you can afford one they're worth the money.
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer Tom Gee Airstream trailers are too expensive even when you consider the quality. Lower the price by 35 percent.
Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailerZaWe are looking for a small RV that is safe to leave our dog in while we site see. We would like to park in a camp ground and do day trips etc and would like to take our dog with us. Any info/advice would be helpful.
Re: Airstream PanAmerica toy hauler travel trailerEd WilsonLike only Airstream but prefer a fifth wheeler--When will that happen??
Re: Airstream Flying Cloud travel trailerDebra WilsonWould buy the airstream in a heartbeat if they would make it in a fifth wheeler-Any chance??
Re: Airstream PanAmerica toy hauler travel trailerJack MrozBeautiful rig but it should have a 60" X 80" bed instead of that 74" long one. The 74" RV bed is just to short for us larger Americans. Also, when will they start making fifth-wheel trailers like this? I would buy one in a heart beat if it were a fiver...
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailermaddawgGreat travel trailer, but have to agree 50K seems a little much.
Re: Airstream PanAmerica toy hauler travel trailerJohn PalmerLove the airstream look. We had one when I was a kid and I've seen them everywhere ever since and always dreamed of owning one. But now this is the decider! An airstream and I can take my harley. I'm gonna get one.
Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailerJanetteThis is the ultimate trailer. Love everything about it especially the clock. But 50K?
Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailerNewbieDolly J., do you have any pics to post of your '63 Globetrotter? I'm trying to find the perfect model to hone in on and yours sounds promising...
