| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | Jeff | The price is pure and simple insane! I love this type of layout for a weekend, but with the amenities offered, I would rather buy a enclosed utility trailer for $3000.00, and fit it myself. I have always thought Airstream is way out of line with there pricing, now I am positive! |
| Re:2009 Airstream Interstate Class B | Carol | On this plan shown above, can you have the extra two seats removed. Put in a shower you can use, And have a little more living room? |
| Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailer | Dana De Ano | My husband and I are looking to rent a Bambi Airstream for a week Summer, 2010. ANYTHING OUT THERE, help! |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | Derek | Great little trailer- price way out of line with budget for someone looking in this size range. |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | Dennis J | As beautiful as ever! Still too expensive(read overpriced)for the everyday public to afford too bad as there is no better advertising than word of mouth! |
| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | Mike-Anacortes | Hi Woolfgang
I'd love to see your pix of what you built.
I'd rather do my own as well .
For $24k +++ I can spend a lot of time taking time off in my own unit.

| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | Steve | I just stumbled across an 08' model but am looking to sell it. Any takers?? stcbtaylor@yahoo.com |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | willywonk | So tell me where's the beef. The body and interior is nowhere near $50,000. Try $14k at best. |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | Ken | I don't agree about the price. If you want a Ford buy a Ford. If you want a Mercedes don't moan about the price. Airstreams are different and if you can afford one they're worth the money. |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | Tom Gee | Airstream trailers are too expensive even when you consider the quality.
Lower the price by
35 percent. |
| Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailer | Za | We are looking for a small RV that is safe to leave our dog in while we site see. We would like to park in a camp ground and do day trips etc and would like to take our dog with us. Any info/advice would be helpful. |
| Re: Airstream PanAmerica toy hauler travel trailer | Ed Wilson | Like only Airstream but prefer a fifth wheeler--When will that happen?? |
| Re: Airstream Flying Cloud travel trailer | Debra Wilson | Would buy the airstream in a heartbeat if they would make it in a fifth wheeler-Any chance?? |
| Re: Airstream PanAmerica toy hauler travel trailer | Jack Mroz | Beautiful rig but it should have a 60" X 80" bed instead of that 74" long one. The 74" RV bed is just to short for us larger Americans. Also, when will they start making fifth-wheel trailers like this? I would buy one in a heart beat if it were a fiver... |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | maddawg | Great travel trailer, but have to agree 50K seems a little much. |
| Re: Airstream PanAmerica toy hauler travel trailer | John Palmer | Love the airstream look. We had one when I was a kid and I've seen them everywhere ever since and always dreamed of owning one. But now this is the decider! An airstream and I can take my harley. I'm gonna get one. |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | Janette | This is the ultimate trailer. Love everything about it especially the clock. But 50K? |
| Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailer | Newbie | Dolly J., do you have any pics to post of your '63 Globetrotter? I'm trying to find the perfect model to hone in on and yours sounds promising... |
| Re: Airstream DWR Design Within Reach travel trailer | Mac | Just completed a 2800 mile trip with our 16' DWR.The comments about the trailer were incredible. People really love the look and craftmanship.Have not had a single problem and my wife,daughter(7 years old) and I really are enjoying this unit. |
| Re: Airstream Interstate class B | R. Chiang | Is there a config. to sleep 4? Pop out? |
| Re: Airstream Safari Sport travel trailer | madbeachdogs | It's OK if all you want is something to show off!
But, jeez, I bought a 2 yr old Class A (beautiful) for 30 grand!!
|
| Re: Airstream DWR travel trailer | Tiffany | This is really cool. Really expensive but in my opinion it's the cream of the small travel trailer market. I think that Airstream hired these San Francisco guys to make an even cooler Bambi. |
| Re: Airstream Safari Sport travel trailer | dick k | 46 inch wide bed!!! Way too narrow for two people.
Otherwise, I love it. |
| Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailer | Randolph | I have a well loved 2000 19ft Bambi for sale.
Hate to sell but must. All original, Less than 10,000 miles, GREAT shape, lots of pictures. Have a couple of adds running.
Serious inquiries only.

| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | Kev Holmes | Love everything about this trailer. Too bad it's not included in the 2009 Airstream production but I'm sure it'll be back soon. I'm looking for a 2007 or 2008 model at a reasonable price but I don't think many people want to sell. |
| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | RobitJ | Moot question. The Base Camp will NOT be offered in the 2009 Lineup of Airstream. |
| Re: Airstream Bambi small travel trailer | Biflly J | Really would like to buy a used Bambi. I think there is just something about this model that's really cool.
Anyone with one for sale please email me at billyj4729@yahoo.com Any year. |
| Re: Airstream Basecamp small travel trailer | Brad | This is a beautiful small little trailer. The concept is great, but where is the bathroom? My wife and I just purchased a new unit, and lets just say we could have bought 3 R-pods for the price of this thing!! And it has a bathroom! I love the trailer though. |
| Re:2009 Airstream Interstate Class B | Homer | Can one person live in one of these Class B's for say, 3 months without going stir crazy. Are the showers usable and practical or is this just a stop gap impracticality. I am on the verge of going to a "B" from many years as an "A" owner. Only those of you that have them and use them would know. |
| 2007 Airstream Safari travel trailer | Kelley | I really like the new Flying Cloud but I think it's pretty much the same as my 2007 Safari, which is a really really nice trailer. I'll go to a dealer and take a look. Whatever Airstream do is OK by me, they're the best |
