Winnebago Sightseer class A motorhome exterior

Winnebago says: "See the country in a Winnebago Sightseer. With beautiful cabinetry and available full-body paint it’s a coach you’ll want to be seen in, too. Inside you’ll find exciting features like the 40" LCD TV in the 31E and 37L and available UltraLeather on the furniture and cab seats. Plus, it has all the SmartSpace amenities you expect in a Winnebago motor home, making the most of the available space. You can even have your choice of a Ford, Workhorse or Workhorse front engine diesel chassis. With so many choices, including the triple-slideout 37L floorplan with an available fireplace and a pull-out desk inside a stylish cabinet, it’s easy to see yourself in a 2010 Winnebago Sightseer."

The Winnebago Sightseer has a one-piece windshield, two exterior graphics packages, four full-body paint packages and available, energy-efficient dual-glazed, thermo-insulated windows.  The interior looks good too as you can see from the pictures below.  The first two show the 35J model (see floorplans below) in Sesame Seed with Honey Cherry:

Winnebago says: "A generous rear slideout creates a comfortable and inviting bedroom. A queen-size bed on the 31E and 33C or a king-size bed on the 35J and 37L (available on 33C) provides a great night’s rest"

We think the 2010 Winnebago Sightseer really is a beautiful and well thought-out coach with beautifully arranged floorplans and options.  Congratulations Winnebago.

colin lawsonWe have purchased a 2007 Sightseer 35j bunk model, plenty of room and build quality second to none, only bad thing there is not enough summer days to tour here in scotland.
Ken CroftWe have a 2007 winnebago siteseer and we really like it. This is our third class a and winnebago is the best. This is good quality and I'd recommend it to anyone. we had air conditioning problems but they were nothing to do with the winnebago design but they were fixed with full cooperation from winnebago. all my dealings with them have been good
Jim CI just purchased a 2008 26p sightseer. Hope we made the right choice. We just got rid of a 2007 Concord 30 ST. It had all kinds of problem. Tell us we didn't make two costly mistake in a row.
Harold YTo Mike Clark. We have a 2006 siteseer. good rig, don't worry just hit the road.
Mike ClarkI just purchased a 2008 sightseer model 35J. Any pointers I should know before I hit the road
BobI have a 35J 2007 sighseer and it is great. The only problem i had was that is rode hard, you would feel a tooth pick in the road. I checked the air pressure and it was 110 psi, thats right the dealer never checked it or over filled it. I looked up the recommended pressure and it was 90 psi now the coach rides like a mercedes. Flat screens would be better than the big pld type and lighter, more storage in the driver side for maps, and ur men junk.
Steve SWe have owned a 2006 Sightseer for just a year and could not be more pleased- we have the 34A with 3 slides - more than enough room, even when we have several of our grandchildren with us. You can't go wrong with Winnebago. This is our third motorhome.
Ron MorganWe've had 3 Winnebagos. The reason why we've gone for Winnies is that we traveled for more than 20 years and we've always seen them. Some of them are old and not as sparkling as the new RVs but they're still on the road. A dealer told us about the drop-test where each new model is hoisted into the air and dropped on its roof to check for structural integrity of a new design. I think Winnie are the only ones who do that. I believe they're strong and reliable because of things like this and our 3 Winnies have been strong and reliable. The new models look really nice, no real changes just progressive improvements.
mattWinnebago is one of the only rv's with a metal pinchwell (support frame) around the window. we have a 05 Sightseer that started rusting 09/2005 after several trips to the dealer for repair to a wet floor board they determined the entire pinch well is completely rusted beyond repair. they are replacing the pinch well at their cost but we have found out from glass repair people that every yes every winnie they open up is rusty. Winnebago is aware of this but brushes it under the rug because they know that most of them will hold up to the 12 month warranty offered. you should contact your winnebago warranty rep for your state. They will or should replace it under warranty. They don't want everyone to know they have a defect in the manufacturing. making the frame out of aluminum would solve the issue. Crappy steel must be cheaper. The rust will eventually eat away at the fiberglass and make it even more exspensive to repair. I think a class action is neede to stop this inferior manufacturing policy.
FrankThe kitchen is lacking space to prepare food. There is a sink and a stove top with little or no space to work except for a small fold down extention. Not nearly enough. I personally do not like a split bathroom with shower on one side and the sink camode on the other. Other than that plenty of room.
Paul JI've had 2 Winnebagos, the first was a 1985 31’ Winnebago Special Edition. We loved that coach but the problems became more and more and finally we were having difficulty getting spare parts. Then we got a 2003 311 Winnebago Minnie Winnie M-31C. We've had a few problems (who doesn't with any RV?) but nothing too serious. The dealer was good and so were Winnebago. We're now thinking of a new coach and looking at gas Class A. I really like the look of the 35J. The layout looks really good with the bunk beds and it's even nicer than in the pictures. It's a clever use of space with the 2 slides. Now all I have to do is sell the Minnie and find reasonable financing.
