The entire 2" tubular steel frame is powdercoated. The exterior is skinned with .040" 5005 Anodized Aluminum. Rigid foam insulation is installed in the floor, ceiling and galley hatch. All countertop surfaces in the cabin and galley are Formica brand high-pressure laminate. The torsion axles offer a very smooth ride and increased ground clearance. The trailer is wired with 12 volt accessories with onboard deep cycle 12v battery, onboard battery charger/converter and 110 volt "shore" power hook-up.

Opinions on the cover for winter are mixed. Some say it's good; others say it can trap moisture and do more harm than good. Other things to do to winterize: Remove the battery, empty water from the holding container and put in some RV antifreeze, re-install tank and run water until you get antifreeze out of the sink. Remove anything left in fridge and any personal items that may be damaged or cause damage from freezing/thawing (liquids, etc.). I also like to use the jacks to take the weight off the axle/suspension and tires.
