If you like the idea of a small lightweight trailer without the inconvenient setup, then the Scamp 13' might be just right for you. Scamp is a family owned business from central Minnesota which has been making compact travel trailers since 1971. 
Scamp advises Roaming Times that they will produce about 450 travel trailers this year and waiting time is about 2 months from ordering directly from the factory. 
Scamp trailers are very lightweight, and are designed to be easily towed by small cars and trucks. The aerodynamic design assures high fuel efficiency. Virtually all Scamp trailers are custom made with the features desired by the new owners. The Scamp Custom Shop allows an endless variety of design options. 
Scamp says: "Compact and affordable, the Scamp 13' is great for couples or small families. The front sofa converts to bunk beds, and the rear dining area converts to a double bed, providing sleeping space for four people. 
(A larger version is available; the Scamp 16' provides more counter and storage space than the 13' - see RoTi review here - and the 16' can be easily set up with two bathroom and shower options. A Scamp 5th wheel is also available - see RoTi review here )

| Scott | I have for sale a 2005 13ft scamp that is in virtually new condition. The previous owner's kids slept in it only in his yard. The stove and fridge have never been used. Still has nubbies on the tread of the original tires. This little trailer looks new in all respects except one minor scratch on the outside.
