Serro-Scotty says: "Truly a new breed the Scotty Pup raises the bar in small campers. Scaling in at a dry weight of 1350 lbs and still offers a mounted toilet, 3.0 cu fridge, stove and sink. Never has so much been offered in such a compact size. A quality rear sofa converts to a full sized bed. Stretch out and relax. Why struggle with a larger trailer when your Pup can go where you go? Small enough to fit in your garage, but don’t leave your dog at home."

The sofa is shown above. This converts to a full sized bed (Sofa Size 40” x 72”, Rear Bed Size 54” x 72”). You can see some of the quality oak interior in the pictures below. The first shows the toilet with privacy door. The cabinet in the foreground houses the refrigerator:

The stove top and sink are shown below and then the floorplan for the Pup. The floorplan shows the relation of the 3 pictures and shows what an amazing use of the space Serro-Scotty have achieved:

| Susan | I'm looking to buy a used Pup trailer that is in good shape. Any out there? If so, please email susanprkcty@aol.com. March 2010 |
| Lucy | I had a 13' Scotty in 1971, but traded it in for a 16' Shasta, then went to a 19 1/2' Prowler. When my husband was killed I sold the truck. I now own a Suburu Outback and am hunting for another 13' Scotty. If you know anyone in PA., who would willing to sell an older Scotty,in good condition please e-mail me @ lclymer1@yahoo.com |

| MrTVTeacher | SCOTTY LOVERS--1982 Sportsman in fair shape needs a diamond polisher's home. My daughter and I love this trailer. I would buy it if I had tools and knowledge to fix it up. Was recently towed 200 miles to Miami used car lot. Running gear works. I have pics. Owner has no clue. For more info email me and I'll reply with all I've gathered from salesman, owner. edisontvteacher@yahoo.com |

| mackey | how can i get a manael for it |
| MrTVTeacher | I got my eye on an '82 Sportsman 15' at a used car lot. Smelly and split at the bottom front seam, got some wood rot around a/c, in fair shape. Took pics, thinking of fixing it up. More required than I can do but not for a Scotty lover. Is it worth the $2,000 they're asking? |
| Ronnie Green | I first saw on of these fabulous trailers For Sale last year parked on the side of the road. By the time the owner got around to providing interior pics it had alrady been sold. He was askin 8K. Still for what the MSRP listed herein suggest it's still a good bargain. I hope to own one three years from now when I retire. Do they have toilets installed? I like the small compact size because since I will have to tow it with my vehicle the smaller the footprint the better as I'm terrible at parallel parking. |
| Marine Davis, Jr RB | WANTED: Electrician who can install a 12 volt electrical system on my 13' Serro Scotty travel trailer. Dealers welcome.
Any Serro Scotty owners are welcome to email me.
mdvsjr@aol.com..would love to share ideas.
Need ideas on how to install a portable toliet also.
Would love to hear from you. |
| sykimbro@gmail.com | Would like to buy an older Scotty. Had one years ago. Trying to find another one I can afford. hopefully in good shape. My email is sykimbro@gmail.com. Phone is 801-369-3097 |
| Noelle | I would love to get a vintage scotty but worry about upkeep and resoration, are the new scotty's still as good as the old ones?
I also would love to travel and camp with scotty enthusiasts, are there any clubs to join that involve group travel, I am single and would love to hit the open road, but alone is no fun at all. |
| Billy B | I owned a 15 foot Hi-lander trailer and loved it, but I hope the company makes the 18 foot camper again, because it had more room to roam around in when you have children. Always wanted one. |
| Georgann | We have a 2009 13' Scotty and we love it. I've been working on decorating the inside to look more vintage. |
| Emily | I think this is the greatest looking trailer out there. I first fell in love with some of the tear drops but realized that with 4 children, they would never work. Does anyone know if any of the scotty trailers can sleep 6? What about the vintage ones?

| Janice | My 11 yr. old son is in luv with small trailers. He searched the classified onlines and found a 71 Scotty Serro, we just picked it up yesterday. Last night as he was searching Scotty's he said "I am just out of my mind" about my little trailer! "I must be dreaming" it's all a dream!
I had promised him, if he found one I would take him for a look, not thinking he would even find one.
To my suprize it is now in our yard! Thanks to a very generous man. :)
It needs some tlc, but my son has plenty for it. |
| Misty | Correction to my previous post - it is a Royal Scot, 19', built in 1970. I still would like to get it down to Hermanville, MS (790 miles from Toledo). Coleman rep here can get it "road ready". |
| Misty | This may be an unusual request. I am bringing my 93 years old Mother down from Toledo, OH to my home in Port Gibson, MS to live out her days. She doesn't want to leave her 15' Serro Scotty behind and I have no way of getting it here. When I foster dogs, we set up a "Transport Relay". Do you know anyone who could/would do this, towing this little trailer? Any thoughts are appreciated. BTW - Bill (died in '73)and Bea (my Mom)Flynn were Charter Members of Serro Scotty Club and knew Mr. Serro personally. Dad had painted, on the back of his Scotty "Polish Airstream", which used to get a lot of frowns from the Silver Bullet crowd, pats on the back from all others. Again, thank you. MistysBarn@aol.com |
| balott | We have just purchased a Scotty Travel trailer and would like to know if there are any Scotty Clubs in southeastern ohio e-mail me malo585@aol.com |
| Lew Anderson | We bought an 18' Scotty in 1972 with a portable toilet and paid $2500 for it. We have some wonderful memories from that little trailer and sold it six years for exactly what we paid for it. Sure wish we had it now! We live in our 40' motorhome, but it would be a great little excursion vehicle and to share it with our kids. They're built well, are easy to tow, and have all the comforts of home in a small space. Great little RV!!! |
| zach h | i have a 1985 scotty 18 ft i'm trying to find out the weight .It's in good shape with a few problems with the hot water heater. |
| Madison | I really like the look of the Tonga but my husband hates it. Guess we'll keep on looking. |
| Lee Conary | I have had 2 15 footers and 1 18 foot. Need a dealer in Fla |
| Anne | I was miss scottyland 1968. Represented the Serro Scotty Company that year. We attended national rallies then in Champion, PA. I married a camping man and we've been married 35 years. We had a 13 1/2 and 16 1/2 Scotty when we were young. We still camp but in a motorhome these days. We recently saw the new Scotty line at an RV show and it was very nice. If you want something very easy to tow you can't beat a Scotty.

| THERESA / BILLY | We have a 1984 16 and half foot dual axle Serro Scotty in good condition. The reason we would like to sale or trade for a smaller 80's Scotty single axle , because we have a smaller truck. For any comments or pic's send them to theresabilly@dishmail.net |
| theresa | this message is for carole .we were wondering about your 1985 scotty travel trailer if you could e-mail us any pic's we might be looking for another camper. theresabilly@dishmail.net |
| Bernard Scottylover | I have a 1971 HiLander. Looks pretty much like the new one. We've had ours for about 15 years and love it. We've mainly rebuilt it but I can still find more stuff. Good luck to all the new Scotty owners you've made a good choice if the new ones are as good as the old. The inside pictures look real good. |
