Keystone Residence destination trailer exterior

Keystone says: "Notice all the residential appointments and furniture, tall roomy ceiling height, and extra large windows."  The large windows and patio door are clearly shown in the second picture below.  The interior height is 8' with 6'8" slide room height.

We like the large overhead cabinets.  The picture below also shows the fireplace.  This is an optional feature that Keystone say is very popular.

The picture below shows the bedroom for the 401FE floorplan. This features a 60 by 80-inch king bed with pillow top mattress as part of the residential package. Really good overhead cabinets and rear double door closet give plentiful storage.

FLOORPLANS

The first floorplan we show is the 401FE, 40'11" long. This is a really nice layout with a bedroom slide and a long slide in the living room area giving a very spacious feel:

Next we show the 402BH.  With 2 bedroom areas and 3 slides this is ideal for a family or guests.  The bedroom to the left has a queen bed and also bunks.

2010 401 FE for sale in WV Very good condition, clean. Furniture etc like new! satelite, xtra rack on back. few hail dents. 2nd owner , had 1yr just sitting on property.$25,500 304 346-6950 leav mess.
DawnWe have been in the 402BH for two weeks now. We put our own couch in there as well as our king bed mattress. Both are a bit too big for the unit, but the comfort is well worth the inconvenience. There is alot of storage but most of which is a bit too high to maximize use!! A step stool works but I don't like having to drag a step stool around with me when I have to do dishes...but that's just how it is I guess! Someone commented on the doors in the bathroom. Yes! Too many doors that can get banged around! The televisionis in a weird place. You have to turn your neck or else sit sideways on the couch to watch television. Just awkward more than anything. But this unit is very nice, very very sturdy and well made. The ceilings fans and high ceilings really help things look and feel more like "home". I would have really liked to have one of the other models, but this one suited our lifestyle a bit better with two bedrooms instead of just one. There's no fireplace, but the extra sleeping space was worth the sacrifice. So far - so good. No major compliants, just some minor inconveniences moreso than anything else.
JeffI am looking for a park model with fiberglass skin, high ceilings with loft, what kind is good, and any info. I need to get soon. thanks
QuebecerHave owned one now for two summers. Just closed it up for the season and I'm already missing it. Lots of room and all the amenities. It is one of the nicest park models out there. Built like a travel trailer with an interior like a luxury motorhome. I'm looking forward to next summer.
RanthosWe Just bought the 402 BH and love it. It is BIG, nothing you want to drive around everyweekend. we have it on lake ontario and so far its been nice. it seems to hold the heat better than most Travel trailers. the really nice thing about these is that you dont need to add anything to them they are fully equipped.
M CassanoI'm interested in buying a Residence by Keystone. How are they in cold weather? I'm interested in speaking with someone who owns one that doesn't live in Florida.
MargWE bought a residence last June from R'nR in Liberty Lake.I love the high ceilings and big windows.I do not like all the doors in the bathroom. At least one pocket door would have been nice. The king size bed is too big for the room...it is very hard to make the bed.All the storage space is great, especially the pantry in the kitchen. The window over the sink should have the opening knob on the right side as its unreachablefor a woman where it is.I would have been happier with boxed valances on the window and less curtains. They are unnecessary with the blinds.I love the roominess and large slide in the living area. Please give some thought to these comments when designingnew models.
NicoleAbsolutely beautiful, very happy for both of you. Understand why you are anxious for Spring now. Enjoy.
Bill our friends have one we decieded to sell our class A motor home and have one put in park on a seasonal site we really liked how opened it is and how comfortable it is
Kenny 4234Looking to buy into this destination trailer idea. Looking at trailers and parks etc. We want one fairly close so that we can use it most weekends. Have good experience with Keystone. Had a Cougar 5th wheel for 3 years and we had very few problems.
