| Re: Forest River Georgetown class A motorhome | Virginia | We bought the 2010 and got delivery in September of 2009. We previously owned a Forester class c which we loved. So it was with great excitement that we awaited our step up as we are now trying to be full timers. The 2010 has wow factor, but not the attention to detail our little class c had. There are so many fixes required from a mystery leak in the roof that has taken out our home entertainment system and flooded the radio on the consul. The overhead ceiling area over the dash has stretched and separated. The material that holds the mirrors on all our doors is detaching. While on the pacific coast we had to bag our clothes because the walls and cabinets in our bedroom would run with humidity (and yes we used the dry system)The list continues. We have let our dealer and Forest River know. However there is part of me that is unsure that I want this unit back after it has been torn apart and fixed. I wish they would just send a new one that someone cared enough to do a good job on. By the way I do not blame my dealer. These problems arrived with the motorhome. If it was my company I think I would want to know what was going on. Oh well wish us luck. |

| Re: Carriage Cameo fifth wheel | Michael Tyler | Yes I have a 2008 CKQ33 Cameo and it is junk I have pulled it to Indiana to the factory and might as well face it they are not going to do anything to help me resolve all the problems the cabinets are loosing there stain and numerous problems with the slideout motors and also you can call customer service which consist of talking to a Mr Kent Roberts which he will not return my calls and the other person would be my warranty contact Connie Stark and the same I just waste continous hours and when they do call you back its endless dribble! So beware new rv'ers these Amish built 5th wheels are junk! |
| Re: Four Winds Serrano class A motorhome | Hein Dusseldorf | I Visit Lazyday and look at a Serano four winds, I must say first impresion It is a great size ,lots of storrage, i test drove it, the engine cold sounds very loud!, and on temperature , on cruise speed the sound is accepteble, aldo making speed the sound stays very loud! in my opiniun it is a little underpowerd. i do not like the engine choise. | Re: TAB teardrop trailer | KIM | Hi,
Took a 1700 mile road trip from PEI, CANADA to Hampstead, NC to purchase a TAB! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
Cute as a button, great use of space and a real conversation starter at gas stops, restaurants etc...in less than 24 hours, approximately 10 people have admired it, with one chap even wanted to buy it!
Looking forward to travelling across CANADA, east to west and return this summer...it is absolultely TABulous! |
| Re: Keystone Montana High Country fifth wheel | Gord b | The montana is a great 5er. They just keep making it better. I had an 07 with no problems at all. This High Country looks even better. |
| Forum input | Fish | For the post that states the Supreme Court didn't review the Euclid, Ohio case I would believe is wrong...When the Supreme lets the US Appellate Court's decision stand that pretty much is the law of the land. |
| Re:Coachmen quality improvements | Gary | Coachmen was recently bought out by Warren Buffet. When he came aboard--- he actually discarded RVs that had not been sold and told everyone to 'start over from scratch'. I think you might find that the newer models are nothing like those built several years ago. |
| Re: TAB teardrop trailer | Crystal | 3/17/10 I am interested in buying a T@B camper but not a clamshell. An older model would be my price range. I live in IL but would travel in the midwest. court2nd@yahoo.com |

| Re: Winnebago ERA class B motorhome | samiam | I love the Winnebago ERA but without the option of twin beds, we won't buy one. They would be much more convenient especially for older people. |
| Re: RVs and alergies | Upset Cajun | We purchased a North Trail by Heartland in October 2009, it has been in the shop longer than we were able to use it. On our last service repair a water leak was fond on the upper front panel on the out side of the camper. The camper was repaired and the dealership delivered the camper to our home. About six days later I was restocking the camper and found mold growing in three compartments under the table. I have contacted the dealership and the manufacture about the problems. The manufacture would like to bring the camper back to the factory without testing the mold and having me sign a transport agreement that has we can't refuse to accept the camper once it was repaired. I have told them that I would not sign the agreement with out the items removed from it. They have refused to pick up the camper without the agreement signed. They have also refused to reword the agreement. Does anyone have any information that could help my situation or has had the same type of problems? |
| Re: Fleetwood Icon class C motorhome | M Buteau | We love The icon, it run like a limo, and we can had a lot of benefits, However I Have a comment on the bed size; It would have been great if if the wardrobe would have been 4 to 6inches and extend the bed. I am 5'8 and i find the it is limit to confort. We have compared with other and could not find anything better. I hope that the manufacturer will take in considation the bed size option. Thank's |
