RV Watch :   I agree, every Thor product, including their "flagship" product Airstream have extremely poor quality and have for many, many years. If they are having issues with the flagship, the others have got to be even worse. Taking a look at the specs, do you see how high the warranty costs are? Seems to me like they pay the line workers based on units rolling off the line, if true, it's a classic case of do it twice at twice the price rather than do it once the right way. I am an owner of 2 Thor products and both were piles of junk. I can't single out Thor though alone, almost all the RV builders are putting crap out on the roads. It's our fault for buying these and keeping them on the same track.

John M. :   Mary has it right. The fit and finish of Thor RVs is poor. The craftsmanship and quality just aren't there. These things cost too much to settle for shoddy workmanship.

Joe T :   It would be nice to see the RV industry be able to be creative like the auto folks and give RV buyers low interest loans and rates to increase the purchasing of RV's. But it is a buyers market now and there are some good deals.

MaryKamper :   If they do not start improving their finishing work inside and out, they are going to continue to loose market. It is like their customers mean that little to them.

Bruce K :   That's 3 companies in a row with sales down - Coachmen, Fleetwood and now Thor. This would be a bad time to buy stock in an RV manufacturer. Or would it be a good time?
