Revenues for the fourth quarter 2006 (to December 30th, 2006) were $299.2 million, or 2.2% lower compared to $306.0 million in revenues for the fourth quarter 2005.  Gross profit for the period was $27.1 million, down from $31.3 million a year ago. The Company reported an operating loss for the recent fourth quarter of $512,000 compared to operating income of $4.0 million for the fourth quarter a year ago. The Company reported a net loss of $562,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter 2006. This compares to net income of $2.5 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter 2005.

For the fiscal year ended December 30, 2006, Monaco Coach reported revenues of $1.3 billion an overall increase of 5.0% compared to 2005 revenues of $1.2 billion. Gross profit for the year was $124.5 million, compared to $124.8 million for 2005. Operating income for the year was $3.8 million versus $7.2 million for 2005. Net income for 2006 was $1.0 million, compared to $2.6 million earned in 2005. Earnings were $0.03 per diluted share compared to $0.09 per diluted share for 2005.
