The Gulf Coast, has me captivated. (Thanksgiving will be my 5th visit this year). Park Model here I come! I am a 44 , SWF with a passion for life.I fell in love with the people and the places. My ties are now permanent.
I am searching for a special company/practice/ professional that is willing to work together to make our dreams come true.

Now the important & needd change is to the Virgina zoning laws for allowing a Cavco park model to be allowed to be placed on private owned land. These archaic zoning laws must be changed and who better to do so than the park model industry. With the millions of baby boomers demanding/seeking <400 square feet - this is a huge market. Still in Va. like other states - we can not place your park model units on our own private land and be able to live in them year round. What is wrong with his picture??? Your industry must use lobbying efforts to facilitae this sorely need change! You have a booming market and the sooner you react to the zoning changes by local Va. counties - the more units you will finally be able to sell to a waiting arket. | 2008 Woodland Park Timber Ridge | Disappointed | 2 weeks after taking delivery of our new 2008 Woodland Park model we started having problems with moisture. After repeated attempts to get any results from the dealer we contacted the manufacturer who visited the unit and acknowledge it had factory defects and would repair. That was in Jan 2009. The dealer has made several attempts to repair. We have asked for our money back or a new unit and both have been turned down. Instead we are still in a leaking unit and awaiting further "solutions to the problems" from Woodland Park. Are we frustrated - you bet. We have spent close to 2 years battling and still have a leaky unit not to mention having lost any resale value in our purchase. | See RoTi item |
