The 31A floorplan is shown below.  This is the shortest Flair -  32'2" exterior length.  This 2 slide arrangement makes it very spacious ...

The 33R floorplan is shown below.
34'2" long - the extra 2 feet length provides a swivel chair with table and a longer kitchen. We think the dinette opposite the kitchen is a nice arrangement.  The base MSRP on the 33R is $93,100 compared to $89,040 for the 31A.

(These floorplans - to maximize the space and make them as easy as possible to look at - are not shown to the same scale of course ..)

The 34F floorplan with 3 slides is shown below.
The extra slide and a little extra length (34'8") give this a much more spacious feeling inside.  The bedroom slide is smaller than the 33R though ...
Base MSRP on the 34F is $102,060.

madbeachdogs :   In have a 30 foot, 1996 Flair. She is absolutely beautiful and wonderful! Only very minor repairs. And thank god, there is no dinette! For one or two people traveling the dinette is the biggest waste of space. I have the couch and across from that are 2 swivel chairs and a table that folds down out of the way. I thought about trading for newer Flair but everyone of them had a dinette. Fleetwood please hear me.

Rob Newton :   The Flair is a nice motorhome and we looked at many before we decided this was the one we wanted. It seemed to be very comfortable, looked good and the price was right. After the first trip we had a list of more than 20 defects and most of them we corrected by the dealer but we had to go back a couple of times to get some of them fixed usually with a few more minor items. Why can't they have better quality control in the first place? The biggest problem we had was with the main slide. It not only leaked but also didn't fully go back in. This was fully corrected after 2 visits back to the dealer. All things considered I think the Flair is a nice coach and the latest models look even better and I hope have better quality control.

Ken and Rose Jenkins :   We bought the 2002 Flair with 2 slides new. Our biggest problem was the small water heater - only 6 gallons. We had 2 small water leaks that were fixed early on that made me worry about the pipework but after that it was good. Since then we've had a few electrical problems but nothing that couldn't be fixed easily. A good coach that has given us a lot of pleasure.
