A 38 year old company, Western RV was purchased by Monomoy Capital Partners in December 2006. Monomoy say  “We have invested significantly in the people, processes and products of Western RV. Bob has served in a number of capacities and has a 30+ year career spanning assignments at both Fleetwood Enterprises and Workhorse Custom Chassis. Most recently, Bob retired as Vice President for Workhorse Custom Chassis in Union City, Indiana. While there, Bob oversaw strategic direction for Workhorse’s products and services as a supplier to both RV industry and Commercial truck customers. Prior to joining Workhorse, Bob spent 25 years with Fleetwood Enterprises. Bob held a number of sales, marketing, operational, and corporate roles while at Fleetwood.

The company’s products are positioned in the luxury segments of the Class A motor home, 5th wheel and truck camper product segments and are marketed under the Alpine Coach and Alpenlite brand names. Ranging in retail selling price from $30,000 to over $400,000 WRV offers products that appeal to those who know what they want and are willing to pay for it. Western RV is located at 2900 Sutherland Drive in Union Gap, WA operating in a facility of 250,000 square feet and employing approximately 400 people.
