We own a 2008 Berkshire 36Q. I bought this motorhome last September. At the time we had purchased a 30Q by Four Winds, the Hurricane model I had two
motor homes at one time. Sold my Hurricane about a month ago. The Berkshire is the best motorhome for the money. We just came back from 4 days
in San Diego. Iam a newby when it comes to motorhomes, this is my sixth trip on a motorhome, and the Berkshire has been a wonderful experience for me and my wife. When people in parks see this motorhome, they think it cost about $250,000, when I tell them what i paid for it, they are amazed with the features it has. This past trip I was next to a Country Coach Intrigue, and the owner had a plexiglass shield to protect the front end from stones. Told me he wished he had the 3m shield,. I told him it was a standard feature on the Berkshire, as usual no comment from him. Great Motorhome.

The best Motorhome I have owned in a long time, only one problem came up ,the Freightliner factory forgot to put the rear axle breather tube in and I was losing rear axle fluid while driving. They came to the Campground and installed it on site very good service.

I own the 36 qs. We love it. Purchased Feb o8, two weeks after picking it up it died in the front yard due to a coolant sensor going bad getting ready to go camping. Can start the vehicle it would run a minute and the instrument panel told you there was a problem with the coolant and then shut the engine off. Freightliner sent a sensor from the assembly line because not available to the public. Had a vibraion in the front end. Carried it twice to a frightliner dealer and they didn't fix it. They did find a sway bar in the back that was bad. Had to take it back two weeks later to let them replace. Still didn't fix the front end. Told me was a tire problem and had to carry it to a Michellin dealer. One tire out of round and one steel wheel out of round. Michilin replaced tire and I purchased a refurbished wheel and sent Frigthliner the bill hoping to get reimburshed for it. The vibration was helped but not gone. I had a vibration when the brake was applied. Contacted frightliner and they sent me to B'Ham AL. I carried it back to friegtliner dealer for third time dealer had a recall on the front end. Asked if I had that taken care of yet and I told them I hadn't heard about it. After two weeks got it back and it seems the front end is fixed. Haven't driven it but 60 miles. Still need to go back to Tennessee RV get them to do some repirs on the body type items inside and out. I will admit that freightliner has been very responsive.

I have been loking at these and they are a great outfitted coach, appear to be well built and have all the items the big $$$$ coaches have. If I can sell mine i'll definately be getting one of these.

A stunning coach! Beautifully decorated (I especially like the leather, and is that Corian?) As a park owner, I eventually see them all, and look forward to welcoming such a beast!
