RVs
are
for
RVers?
Not
necessarily
only
RVers;
RoTi
had
the
following
posting
from
Ken
Copeland
from
Ohio:
"We
recently
went
to
an
RV
show
and
purchased
a
40
foot
fifth
wheel.
We
have
no
intention
of
RVing,
but
intend
to
use
it
as
a
guest
house
on
our
property.
I
couldn't
get
into
the
RVing
lifestyle,
towing
a
40'
trailer
is
just
not
for
me;
it
just
sounds
much
too
scary.
I'd
need
to
buy
a
truck
big
enough
to
pull
it
and
what
about
the
fuel
costs
moving
it
around
-
I've
heard
you
only
get
about
6
mpg?
Today's
fifth
wheels
with
their
slides
opened
up
however,
are
very
roomy,
very
luxurious,
great
quality
and
quite
spacious.
Easier
(and
maybe
cheaper
and
nicer)
than
buying
a
manufactured
home
and
furnishing
it.
And
they
have
A/C
and
heating,
leveling
systems
and
all
of
the
systems
and
appliances
-
perfect
for
a
guest
house."
More
and
more
we
find
this
-

I think demand for RVs will continue to grow during the next decade. I think it's true that there'll be a bigger proportion of the population who want this kind of lifestyle and have the money to pay for it. And some people who don't even want the RV lifestyle may still buy into it to use a trailer as a guest house on their property. It really is a dynamic niche market and I think companies who've become involved will do well.
