The expansive warm waters of Clear Lake makes it ideal for year round recreation, including swimming, water skiing, sailing, jet-skis and boating.
Clear Lake is the largest natural freshwater lake in California, with 68 miles of surface area. Its scenic beauty, the cleanest air in California and abundant wildlife make Clear Lake an excellent place to slow down, enjoy nature and just plain relax.
Lakes have existed at the site of Clear Lake for 2,500,000 years, possibly making it the oldest lake in North America. Bring you own boat or there are several places to rent pleasure boats, fishing boats, ski-boats and kayaks. Enjoy year round vacations at the Edgewater Resort featuring lakefront cabins, RV sites and tent camping sites. "The Only Thing We Overlook is the Lake!"

How to get there - information provided
by the camp:
3 Hrs. North of San Francisco, HWY 101 exit HWY 20 East to HWY 29 South, Left on Merritt RD, Right on Soday Bay Rd., 2 1/2 mile to resort. From Interstate 5, exit Hwy 20 West, Left on Hwy 53, Left on Hwy 29 in Lower Lake, Right on Hwy 281 (Soda Bay Road) 9 miles to resort.
