This poll was begun in February 2001. It is still active.
These are the results up to 2/13/2003. To this date, 2,047 people
have taken the poll.

How important is the cost of an RV park? The
poll detailed below puts this into perspective. It asked:
"How much influence does the cost of the camp have on your
selection?"
Using a scale of 0 = not important and 5 =
VERY important, the average answer was 3.4. As a comparison, the
following seems to show that a website and a reservation system are seen
as more important. The spacing between the RVs is seen as very much more
important, and giving the camp a rating more important still:

The point about 'giving your opinions' is particularly
interesting. This point is covered in other Roaming Times' polls -
generally people like the idea of this. Although 84% say they
would bother to hand in a ratings form, other Roaming Times' research
shows that the number who actually do is much less than this.
Why? In short, they don't believe the camp will be influenced by
their opinion!
