(Despite the fact that 28% of those polled travel 3000 miles per year or less, surprisingly few people thought fuel costs were not important or not very important. More than half of all RVers polled said they thought fuel costs were "very important".) |

mentioned, the comments mainly concerned: * Take shorter trips * Travel less miles * Stay closer to home * Stay in places for longer times * Plan more More than 10% said that it would have little effect. On the other hand, about 6% said it would have such a big effect they would sell their RV! (However, see answer to question 5 below). 2% said they would look for fuel-saving devices and 2% said they would look for a more economical RV. |
